The Penn State Symposium for Teaching and Learning with Technology is both an annual event and a year-round online discussion of ways that faculty are using technology to enhance teaching, learning, and research.

This session will kick off with the audience brainstorming best practices for designing and teaching to an online audience of over 40,000 people. The presenters will then discuss the design and implementation of two of Penn State’s first MOOC offerings. The presenters will follow with their experiences preparing for and teaching to the largest audience they have ever had. Open discussion will follow.
